One of the best ways to get to know ECON MUNI’s partner universities is by participating in their summer school. In addition to academic benefits, these programs offer a unique opportunity to gain international experience, build connections, and explore a new culture. Moreover, completed courses can be recognized as elective subjects, allowing you to earn credits.
Summer schools are usually fee-based, but students from partner universities often receive a discounted rate. To further reduce financial costs, you can apply for a grant for short-term stays. Some foreign universities also offer merit-based scholarships that can lower the participation fee.
In most cases, you should apply directly to the foreign university, which sets its own conditions and deadlines. If you want to have your credits recognized at ECON MUNI, you must register your stay through IS and ISOIS and have your Learning Agreement signed before departure. The process is similar to other mobility programs, including Erasmus+.
